A Bland Surveyor is an independent surveying company, located in Chesterfield, and providing residential surveying services within Chesterfield, Sheffield and throughout Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire.

The company was established in 2023 by Andrew Bland, an experienced Chartered Surveyor, combining local knowledge with a personal service.

Andrew started his property career in 1987.  In 2003, he became a partner in a large Lincolnshire based firm of estate agents and surveyors, and subsequently a Director of various group companies.

He has extensive experience of advising clients in many property sectors including residential, commercial, agricultural, planning and development, and property management.

During his spare time, Andrew is a keen motorcyclist, enjoys keeping fit and walking in the Derbyshire countryside.

A Bland Surveyor is Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ensuring services are provided in accordance with the latest National and Global requirements and meeting the highest standards of professional ethics.

All services are provided by Andrew Bland who is a Registered Valuation Surveyor.
