Andrew Bland is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, with over 30 years experience working within different sectors of the property industry. 

Reports and valuations are provided either as an Expert Witness or as a Single Joint Expert, in accordance with: 

• Part 25 of the Family Procedure Rules; or, 
• Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.  

The report will be provided in a bespoke "Red Book" format, according to the client's requirements.
