We provide a valuation of your property, which is required by your Housing Provider, in order to inform the marketing of your home.

The valuation is in a standardised format, including photographs.  It will take into account factors which affect the value of the property (such as location, age, construction and condition) but a detailed survey of the property will not be undertaken.
